Maybe it's the weather or the views, maybe the active lifestyle or this unique eco-system where the prairie meets the mountain; whatever it is, we think living in Northern Colorado is incredible. Those of us at Jamestown Builders grew up here, and we can't think of a better place to live.
As we started our company, we knew building homes meant more to us than just a business, it was a passion engrained deep within the core of Jamestown Builders. From the very beginning, we have thought of home building as a way to bring people closer, not just within their own families, but also within the community. We didn't want to just build houses, we wanted to enrich lives and strengthen communities with hopes of creating a better place for everyone.
We wanted to reflect a time when families sat down together for every meal, when play dates weren't scheduled, and when neighbors were more than just the strangers living next door.
We wanted to make sure that we always built houses that matched this great place in which we live, and that making more than a glorified, whitewashed cave was the way to do it. We wanted to make a house that paid attention to architecture and street appearance so that it complimented the world around us, and gave each of us a place, not just for shelter but a place to call home.
We believed that "affordable" doesn't have to be run of the mill and bland, so we were inspired to make sure our homes had character. It is something we believe adds value not just to the house, but also to the people living there and the community around us.
At Jamestown Builders we like to think that we don't build houses but rather give people a place where they can create memories, build relationships, and make connections that endure throughout their lives.
